A quick question.
My son is 3 he normally, most often has a day nap which is between 1.5-2hrs, but at night he seems to not really have a set time to go to bed (this is mainly my fault). He's never awake past 9:30 but im thinking this might still be too late. He wakes up monday to friday at 7:30.
I just want to get an idea on what sleep schedules do you have your toddlers on.
My LO is a bit younger than yours, she is only 2. Most days she natps for 1-1.5 hrs and then down at 7.30 at night until 7.15 am on the days i work and about 8 ish the days i don't work. She seems to like a lot of sleep so i guess i am lucky. I would go with the flow with your lo and if he seems happy enough on less sleep at night then so be it. If you are keen to get him down a bit earlier at night you could gradually try to cut his day nap and start bringing bedtime forward over a period of time. I think they are all different on how much sleep they need.
