Fertility clinic wants to test out Nicola Smuts claims that she can predict a woman’s chances of conceiving due to the alignment of the planets
Astrology and fertility - more closely linked than thought?
Whilst many women’s menstrual cycles follow a 28-day lunar month, do the planets also play a part in our fertility? Mystic astrologist Nicola Smuts seems to think so!
Mum-of-two Nicola, 42, claims that she can predict a woman’s ‘lucky’ time to fall pregnant by analysing the alignment of Venus and Jupiter, which are thought to be closely linked with fertility, and comparing this to their positions at the time of the woman’s birth.
The astrologist asks for the date of birth, time of day they were born and the town of their birth in order to calculate the best times for the woman to conceive. According to Nicola, women only have two or three ‘lucky’ times of the year to become pregnant.
Many scientists are sceptical about the role of the planets and fertility, however a clinic in the US is interested in testing Nicola’s claims by providing her with the birth details of hundreds of their clients. She has been asked to calculate the luckiest dates for the clients to try and conceive and the clinic will monitor the progress.
