Hi

I intiall bought the Mothercare Trenton Deluxe Travel System and would highly recommend that you stay well clear from this model.   It's made by Graco and gave me the same grief as Tara before breaking after only 5 days use (the reclining motion fell out of its bracket).  After much arguing I managed to get a full refund and purchased the Silvercross 3d Travel System which is absolutely marvellous.  I'm only 5 ft and can negotiate it with ease.  Both the pram and pushchar are roomy and comfortable and the car seat connects with ease.  It's stursy on grass surfaces and best of all; fits into the boot of my Micra.

 Happy Shopping x

Hi

I haven't been in this position myself but have chaired many interviews on behalf of the company I work for.   Employers should not discriminate on the basis of pregnancy and should only discount a pregnant applicant on the basis that their skills and experience are not the most suitable for the post.  The best advice I can give is to complete application forms as you usually would and, if invited to interview, be honest about your pregnancy, the jobs you are able to do and the hours you intend to work on your return.  Working mums are a positive asset too.

Good Luck x

Thank you very much!  My friend has the Loola which is a fab pushchair but the weight means it is no easier than my own (the Silver Cross 3D).  I'll continue looking and will post a message if I find anything.

Hi All

I'm looking to buy a stroller for my six month old son but don't like him facing away from me.  Does anyone know of any strollers / lightweight pushchairs on the market which enable the child to face the parent?  I already have a decent travel system so ideally want to keep the cost under £120.
