im having the same trouble as amanda, apart from once Iestyn is asleep he is asleep and i can move him from my arms to the cot, and if he does wake up once in there he either goes back to sleep on his own or i pat his tummy.... he always falls asleep at the breast during the night feed, and i dont think hes getting enough milk during the night as he is up at 5 wanting to play.....he usually goes from 8ish til 230am then til5am when he is wide awake... ...until 9am....hisfeeds are pretty much the same time each day....so he has a good structured routine, just doesnt like being put down until he is very dosey!!
yeh we have been giving Iestyn his 7pm feed from bottle, so that daddy does it, but yesterday daddy needed help but Iestyn refused to take it from me! which is fair enough!! xx
im goin to go into work Amanda i cant keep putting it off i need to show Iestyn off!! x
Congratulations Em, what a beautiful little girl you have!!
Im finding it so hard to muster the energy to go out and about, just really cant be bothered to be honest, but ive booked appointment to open Iestyns child trust fund and a savings account tomorrow morning so will have to go.
Really should go and visit work, might pop over there this afternoon. but i dont want to tread on one of my colleagues toes as she has just come back to work after losing a baby at 5 and half months......
Iestyn was weighed yesterday 9lb 15oz...so hes putting on weight really steadily....have started to express some milk for daddy to give, but after a bottle he gets really upset and windy, so im thinking of not going there for a while....we shall see... he takes a bottle from anyone, but me...as he knows ive got the real deal i suppose!! xx
hey ya, we have had a nightmare weekend to be honest, its all about hiim him him, and ive had it up to here....*pointing to the sky*
what makes matters worse is he has no hot water still and now the power shower has packed in...so had to ferry him to mine for a bath, where he was extremely rude to my mum. which sent me off the planet...i told him he is walking on very thin ice. and needs to watch himself! x
