Tomy - Nursery tomy tigger door bouncer
Posted: 16/06/07
Updated: 10/11/08
'good, secure, hours of fun and frees up mum!'
Strengths:
this has a good sturdy metal clip to secure onto the door frame, not a week plastic one that lots of the others have. i can put my son in it and he will stay amused for hours. the 3d tigger head and tail at the back makes him look so cute!
Weaknesses:
when removing the bouncer from the door, i took a chunk out of my paintwork but that was prob me being clumsy
Overall:
very good value. if your a busy mum your child can sit in this for hours and you can potter around and make tea with him watching you. its great for his motor skills too. great value for money.

Tomy - Nursery Roma Carrier

'GOOD IN THE SHORT TERM'
Strengths:
this has 2 ways for baby to sit, either back or front sitting, its pretty simple to clip together and i spent a day at the coast with my son in it and at at that time he weighed 14 pounds.
Weaknesses:
the head rest was never in the right place with my son and and i oftern found his head lolled a bit. i was breastfeeding my son when i had this and felt the straps were not designed for large breasts as i often had to fiddle to get them comfy. this states it can hold a baby up to 21 pounds but, when my son was about 17 pounds he was simply too big for it and wouldnt tolerate being so restricted, so i think realisticly they wont last that long. i still got a good four months out of it.
Overall:
pretty good, baby felt secure in it and it gave me the freedom to carry shopping and use both my hands. good value for the money
