Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles

'GOOD FOR COMBINING BOTTLE AND BREAST'

Strengths:
Natural shape, Krishan finds it alot easier to latch onto than the Avent ones
Anti-colic

Weaknesses:
None!

Overall:
Really good bottles and perfect for combining breast and bottle feeding. I got 3 included with the Tommee Tipee Steriliser (for microwave or cold water) - good value.

'DOES THE JOB'

Strengths:
Nightlight and temperature make this really useful
light display as well as sound

Weaknesses:
length of wire on baby unit - it doesn't stretch very far

Overall:
Have to confess I don't have any experience of other monitors and havent tested out the range much (we only live in a 2 bed apartment) but it does the job and I use it as a nightlight (baby is in our room and i can breastfeed in the night without switching the lights on)and to keep an eye on the room temperature.

'EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN A CARSEAT'

Strengths:
Easy to fit (with or without easy base)
Comfortable
Doubles up as a rocker to use around the house
Seems to wipe clean ok!

Weaknesses:
None that I can think of - seriously!

Overall:
A really good buy , very comfortable and secure.

'EASY TO USE '

Strengths:
Easy to use, comfortable and not too expensive.

Weaknesses:
bit tricky to assemble first time, but it's easier than it looks! Not as silent as it makes out.

Overall:
Overall a great product, my baby is only a couple of weeks old so I can't comment on durability and i have to confess that i am literally dripping with milk anyway, but so far i have found it a great product and easy to express good quantities. Good for easing engorged breasts now and will be invaluable later for when i need to leave baby.

Mothercare Jungle Playnest & Gym

'So glad I bought this'

Strengths:
Bright and colourful with lots of touchy feely bits! Detatchable toys can be taken anywhere and you could swap them for your own.

Weaknesses:
Playnest is essentially a rubber ring which you blow up so storing it is a problem - we have just left ours up in the living room, i can't be bothered to keep taking it down & putting it up again.

Overall:
A great product, we looked at alot of playmats and playgyms on the market and i'm so pleased we went for this one. It is really good quality and baby already gets pleasure from it at just 2 weeks old, i cant wait to watch him grow and learn to sit up in it and pull at the toys etc! The detatchable toys are also a great idea as you can take them with you in the car/pushchair etc. so I feel that i got more for my money than i was expecting. The toys are: rattle elephant, squeaky giraffe, musical monkey, cloth book with lots of animals and a mirror.
