 CONCEPTION AND FERTILITY 05 / 08 / 05

Get your charts here

Whether you're trying for a baby or wanting to try natural contraception, you can keep track of your cycle and your most fertile days by charting your primary fertility signs. These downloadable charts are designed to help you keep a record of your waking temperature in celcius, as well as recording changes in cervical mucus and cervical position.

You may want to edit the charts slightly to best fit your own circumstances or cycle length, or for slightly more detail if you're tracking the position of your cervix, but most women will be able to simply print and use. If you have Microsoft Word or Excel you can also fill in the charts using your computer if you find it easier/clearer, the charts are already formatted to make this easy.

Microsoft Word

  • Download a chart with space for a description of cervical mucus (involves more wrtiting but more accuracy) here
  • Download a chart with simple cervical mucus description by tick box (requires less writing but is also less descriptive) here

Microsoft Excel

  • Download a chart with space for a description of cervical mucus (involves more wrtiting but more accuracy) here
  • Download a chart with simple cervical mucus description by tick box (requires less writing but is also less descriptive) here

If you'd like to see any changes to the temperature charts or have the charts available in a different format then let us know on a forum thread below. We can't promise to produce endless variations, but if there's enough demand for something we'll do our best!
