Aldi Mamia Baby Wipes
Aldi, the bargain supermarket chain, has its own brand of baby goods, including wipes which retail for just 99p per packet. Called Mamia and available in packs of 80 wipes for sensitive skin and in a delicately fragranced variety, the baby wipes are a welcome change from the usually fairly costly alternatives.

No one likes flushing money down the loo, but buying packs of baby wipes always seems to be an expensive habit. Once your child is on solids, it is not easy to simply change his nappy with cotton wool and water (some poo needs stronger stuff!) so wipes become an essential part of the kit. However, the brand names are often £2-£3 per 72-wipe pack, and even if you buy own-brand packs from high street chains, these usually come in around twice the price that Aldi are selling theirs for.

Both the fragrance-free and delicately-fragranced varieties have aloe vera and vitamin E in their formulation, and have been dermatologically tested.
