Reading to your child can be a great bonding experience and here at ThinkBaby we are firm believers that all the dads out there can enjoy it just as much as the mums!
A recent report by education consultant Jim Rose has shown that whilst a high proportion of dads contribute to extra curricular activities with their children, including reading time, mums are still way ahead on the story-telling stakes.
To celebrate Father's Day and to encourage dads to seize the opportunity to read to their kids our friends over at Ladybird Books have launched a Daddy Cool competition in association with dads' mag FQ.

To enter Daddy Cool, your child needs to send in a letter of no more than 100 words or a drawing that explains why their dad is top of the class when it comes to storytelling or helping with reading. The competition is open to all children up to the age of 10.
The winning child will receive a year's supply of books from Ladybird and the winning dad and three family members will win a trip of a lifetime to Disneyland Resort Paris with an exclusive invitation to the 15th Birthday party celebrations*.
