Merino Kids go-go sleeping bag

Baby sleeping bags have become one of the most popular safe sleeping essentials a new parent can buy. Unlike conventional sleeping bags, they fit around a baby's arms so that the child cannot slip under the covers, as they might with sheets or blankets. Plus, baby can't kick off the clothes and wake up cold in the night.
There are lots of lovely designs on the market now, and they go up to toddler ages, as many older children also enjoy the cosy reassurance of sleeping in them.
We love this new kid on the block: the Merino Kids Go Go Bag…

The Merino Kids Go Go sleeping bag
Created in 100 per cent natural fibres, the first thing you notice with the Go Go, is how soft and snug it feels to touch. Although it comes in a standard weight and a thicker winter weight, both feel light to hold and don't look bulky on your child, even if you have a new baby.
Being natural, the fibres help keep a child cooler in warmer weather and snug in colder times. (Rather like the Green Baby natural sheepskin pram blanket does.)
The fibres help to keep sweating a bay, and a two-way vent neatly included in the bag's design not only allows air to circulate but also means you can use the bag in a car seat and then transfer a sleeping baby into a cot or pushchair without disturbing him.

Designed with delicate skin in mind
The bags were the brainchild of Amie Nilsson, herself a mother of three. As a result they are practical with little details that come from personal experience! They also come in delicate but colourful designs that older children enjoy sleeping in as well as new babies.
The bag has already won the International Forum Product Design Award in Germany. And feedback and trials show that the fabric and design suit babies and children who usually suffer from allergies, eczema and sensitive skin.

The Go Go Bag comes in beautiful designs and a gorgeous carry bag, so it also makes a lovely gift. It's available in Newborn to Age 2 size, and Age 2 to 4 size, and are easy to adjust to fit.
The bags have an RRP of £57.50 to £64.50. For more information or to buy direct, go to www.merinokids.com.
