Plum's latest organic goodies for babies

Plum foods
The award winning baby food brand, Plum, are launching three new recipes this month. It's always nice to try something a bit different when you are weaning your baby, and Plum's adventurous new varieties, suitable for babies from seven months, are very welcome additions to the shop shelves!

Continuing their line of nutritious, organic recipes, the new items reflect Plum's belief that by this stage, baby food should be a little more textured (as if mashed with a fork rather than pulped in a blender).
The recipes have been developed by Susie Willis, the creator of Plum. The new varieties are:
Red Cabbage with Apple and Chicken Organically reared chicken combined with juicy apples and red cabbage for a blend of sweet and savoury flavours.
Spinach with Salmon and Parsnip Salmon, rich in essential fatty acids and omega 3, combines with a wonderful root vegetable and nutrient-dense green leaf for a taste and texture that will satisfy growing appetites.
Parsnip, Carrot and Cheddar Mash Cheddar mash with superfood root vegetables provides an exciting vegetarian meal with a true homemade flavour and texture that appeals to babies and toddlers alike.

Susie Willis says, “Our meals come in convenient, lightweight, ready-to-eat, re sealable pots that don't need refrigerating - so they are ideal for home feeding and perfect for taking out and about.
"Feeding time should be fun for both baby and parent, this starts with a confidence that the food is delicious, wholesome and high quality, or in other words, as good as home cooked food.” The recipes join the rest of the Plum repertoire and are available as convenient, ready-to-eat, re-sealable pots from Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado, and Boots. RRP £2.29 / £2.49 in twin packs of 2 x 100g. To find out more visit www.plum-baby.co.uk.
