Recaro, well known for their car seats and other infant-travel essentials, have unleashed their Young Travel Trendline travel system.
Using a light but sturdy pushchair coupled with the Recaro Young Profi Plus baby seat, the complete system can be used from birth to around 4 years.

Including the Young Profi Plus seat, this travel system has an RRP of just £225. (If you want to add the carrycot it has an RRP of £74.)
Although it's a light model, it has the good control you need when you have a new baby: swivelling, spring-mounted lockable front wheels make it easy to manoeuvre when out walking or negotiating shop aisles or the bus. In addition, the back rest is adjustable as is the footrest (useful as your child grows).
It comes with a large, removable hood and zip-off storage bag, and the body of the pushchair includes a good-sized basket underneath the seat. (Many models these days do not have a large basket, but this is really handy in the early months when you won't have a hand free for shopping bags, and when you have to carry around a lot of baby changing paraphernalia.)
Although there are many more fancy travel system options on the market, this Recaro model is simple, solid and reliable, at a very good price.

The Young Travel Trendline is available in Asphalt and Grey, and in Ruby and Cream. Frame weight 7.3kg.
The Recaro Young Profi Plus seat comes included in the price of the system. It complies with European Safety Standard ECE R44/04 and is a Group 0+ seat (suitable from birth to 13kg which is approx one year). It can be used with the Recaro Isofix base in cars which are Isofix compatible.
