The lightweight but capable Mutsy Spider
Usually, when you opt for a lightweight pushchair, you are making some kind of compromise in return for having something that's easy to carry around with you. Many lightweights do not have the multi-recline positions needed for new babies or for longer journeys with tired toddlers, or they compromise on comfort because padding in the seat has been forsaken to make it less heavy, or it will lack features like an adjustable handlebar for mum and dad's comfort when pushing.
Thus, usually, a lightweight is an option you go for alongside your main travel system, pram or combi (3-in-1).
Happily, the Mutsy Spider offers all these details needed for a reliable from-birth pushchair that's comfortable and flexible for parents. Plus it folds down so small it can fit into the (optional) matching carry bag!
The fold-down is super-easy to manage, yet this is a funky three-wheeler. (Three-wheelers are not usually associated with manageability!) It weighs just 8.5kg (not the lightest model but favourably light compared to most regular pushchairs and much lighter than most three-wheelers; its folded size is 55cm x 34cm x 44cm.
Lightweight with lots of attention to detail
The reclining seat unit has matching shoulder pads and a five point harness, for safety.
The swivel front wheel allows for easy steering and compact turning (especially useful as many three-wheelers can be a handful in shops or on public transport).
The height adjustable handle helps to make pushing even easier and the included extras tick plenty of 'handy' boxes: a large hood, shopping basket and rain cover.

Travel system compatibility for added ease of use
The Mutsy Spider can also be fitted with the Safe 2Go Group 0+ car seat, making it easy to convert the Spider into a flexible travel system.
