Quinny goes high fashion

Quinny Buzz Rainbow
  Buzz 3 Rainbow - £900
Pushchair manufacturers getting together with fashion designers is nothing new (think Maclaren and Lulu Guinness, for example), now Quinny is in on the act with an exclusive collection designed in collaboration with Danish designer (and filmmaker and musical artist) Henrik Vibskov.

'Quinny by Henrik Vibskov'

Using children's imagination as his inspiration, Vibskov has created three crazy prints that pop up throughout the collection (Mad, Rainbow and Raindrop). To counteract the explosions of colour, the designer used neutral basic colours like ecru and black, while leather accents accentuate the pure and luxurious character of the items.
'Quinny by Henrik Vibskov' consists of 18 items, including the Quinny Buzz pushchair, Dreami prambody and Zapp buggy, all of which have been newly interpreted by Vibskov. The toy string embodies the musical fairy tale theme, with dangling drumsticks, maracas and bells. The warm foot cover is designed to look like a penguin, again clearly demonstrating Vibskov's interest in the magical world of children's imagination. With the fashionista mummy in mind, there's an eyecatching rain poncho with all-over Mad print and a changing bag that could just as easily be used as a stylish travel or shopping bag.

Get the designer look

With prices starting at £140 for the poncho, up to £900 for the Buzz 3 Rainbow, this collection is aimed very much at the yummiest of mummies, but it's sure to turn heads wherever it goes. To see the collection in the flesh, visit Harrods in London. For further information visit www.quinnydesign.com.
