If you're hoping to conceive then taking the time to chart your menstrual cycle can reap dividends, as well as giving you a head start in working out what may be going wrong if it turns out not to be as easy as you'd hoped. Here you'll find plenty of information to get you started, as well as pre-prepared charts for you to download, fill in and print out.
