The Women and Work Commission has today announced several damning factors which make women's rights in the UK workplace among the worst anywhere in the EU.
Overall, women still lag 17 per cent behind men in terms of salary but other factors, like working part-time, maternity rights and how women are respresented in negotiations are also of great concern.
Make sure you know your rights if you are currently at work and are planning to have a baby or are already pregnant, or if you have a baby and are thinking of returning to work.
