Groups lobbying for greater support to women who want to breastfeed their babies have delivered a petition to the Department of Health, in London.
In addition to calls for a national infant-feeding co-ordinator to help create better policy on the issue, they also want to see implementation of the same laws in England and Wales that are already in place in Scotland: to protect the rights of any mother to be able to breastfeed in publc places.
