Red Cuski
We have reviewed the Cuski cuddly toy before, but we love the new, limited edition red one that is out for Christmas.
Unlike most cuddly animal toys, the Cuski is more of a cross between a comfort blanket and a teddy. It's a simple piece of fabric which especially absorbs scents so that your baby can enjoy the closeness of the familiar when they go to bed, or just need comforting.
The idea is that mummy sleeps with the Cuski on the first night to pass on her body scent, and after that, baby sleeps with it. Because the design is simple, babies relate to it how they want - as a doll, a blanket, a teddy or whatever.
It's quite small, but very effective, and makes a lovely present if you don't know what to get even the youngest baby this Christmas. Plus, it comes in a single or double pack (so you can always have one standing by for baby when the other Cuski is in the wash or - horrors - gets lost).
The Cuski is available in a limited edition as the Reddy Cuski (rrp single £12.99 and duo pack £19.99), and is always available as the original Creamee Cuski (ecru, rrp single £11.99, duo pack £18.99), and as the Minty Cuski (pale green, rrp single £12.99, duo pack £19.99).
