Pregnancy cravings can be weird and wonderful! It depends what you're craving when it comes to how much of it you can eat.
If you're hankering for the good stuff, like fruit and veggies, then you can pretty much eat as much as you like. But, what if what you're craving is more naughty or sweet?
If you can work out why you're craving that particular food then you can substitute it for something a little more healthy.
Ask yourself why you fancy that food. Is it because it's hot, cold, sweet or salty? Is it the texture or the flavour you like?
