L is for Lamb… plus beef and pork
“Vitamin B12 is needed for the body to be able to process folic acid and it’s found in almost all foods of animal origin including lamb, beef and pork,” says nutrition specialist, Rana Conway.
However, it’s recommended that you limit yourself to a few portions per week as these meats are high in saturated fat.
