Great for a light lunch or lunch boxes, make sure you opt for the cheese varieties to get your intake of iodine.

“Iodine is important for the development of the nervous system, particularly during the first three months of pregnancy,” advises nutritionist Rana Conway. Choose ones that are loaded with vegetables too and chomp away!
