You can get buggies for less than £50 and you can even get buggies suitable from birth for less than £100, but we are impressed by this Hauck package which puts together a from-birth travel system for less than £150.

This light and easy to fold pushchair comes with a Group 0+ (from-birth) infant carrier which can be clicked into the top of the buggy to complete the travel system, or used as a car seat on its own.
The pushchair itself has some nifty features: the seat cover is removable and machine washable; the seat recline has three settings including lay-flat (making it acceptable from birth); it has an adjustable footrest and a hood with a window in for you to see your child; it has a front bar which can be taken off or used as a tray for your child; it has a drinks holder in the parent's handlebar.
The front (air) wheels are lockable or can fully swivel, and the ride it gives is a confident and comfortable one.

Extras included in the cost
Although you can get some wonderful buggies for less than £150, they usually quickly go over this total if you are adding a compatible car seat.
In addition, we like the fact that the raincover, matching changing bag and even the footmuff are also included in the price tag. This makes it affordable and also a convenient one-stop choice for parents.
Although this model is already available, it's clear that Hauck see it as one of their reliable hits for 2007 too.
