'SIMPLE, LIGHTWEIGHT, STYLISH & AFFORDABLE'
Strengths:
The title says it all.
Weaknesses:
None- touch wood
Overall:
I find the iCandy Cherry a pure joy to use. I too contacted the makers of iCandy with lots of requests and questions as I was initially concerned with some of the feed back and each time they were pleasant and gave the information required but urged me to seek my local stockist as they are the people best trained to assist me. I contacted them too as I wanted to see how it all came apart and how it fittied in my car and they were very helpful. The last post here made me want to write about my positive experience as I myself am in customer service I feel that a lot of the positive tales go unposted.

I again, love my cherry for the fold, lightness and all the above

'DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT - DANGEROUS!'
Strengths:
lightweight
has the convenience of a travel system
Weaknesses:
Very poor customer service if something goes wrong - to the point of rudeness!

Overall:
I put up with this pram for a few months - why I don't know - probably it was the inconvenience of gettingit back to them! It was like wheeling a very bad supermarket trolley! It seemed to stop dead sometimes and if the baby hadn't been strapped in she would have been thrown out. It is atrocious! The customer service at iCandy has made me cry it has been so bad. I think there are much better prams on the market.

'I AM IN LOVE'
Strengths:
Robust and very lightweight. Takes the maxi cosi car seat and an iCandy carry cot. Folds easily and very compact.
Weaknesses:
Just two colours
Overall:
If you want a strong/robust travel system that is super light and does not break the bank the iCandy Cherry is your answer. My baby looks comfortable and it takes the stress out of traveling with a child in and out of the car/public transport

'AVOID THIS PRODUCT - DANGEROUS!!!'
Strengths:
Lightweight and can place carrycot, buggy and car seat on chassis.
Weaknesses:
Chassis is not up to the job!!! Wheel fell off completely whilst in car seat mode and nearly toppled over with baby in it - shop & manufacturer simply repaired wheel and would not replace chassis. Wheels sticking and going out of straight to swivel mode automatically!!!
Overall:
Too dangerous and expensive with extremely poor aftersales customer service!

'LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMPACT'
Strengths:
Very light, easy to put together and take apart, suitable from birth with the carrycot which I also use as a day bed for my baby at home, very compact and great manoeuvrability which is useful when out shopping, the maxicosi car seat clips on so easily, and it also has a huge basket in comparison to most other prams.
Weaknesses:
Can't fold down the chassis with the parasol attached (but that's hardly a big issue!)
Overall:
Originally I was positive I was going to buy the iCandy Apple, but after weighing up the options and looking at what I will use the pram for and where I would be taking it, I decided that the Cherry would be a lot better suited to me as it is so light so I can carry it downstairs on my own (we live in a first floor apartment) and we can also fit it into our Fiat Punto with no problem. The carrycot must be very comfy as my son can sleep for hours in it without even waking up if we are out and about for the day so that is great for me! The simplicity with which each bit (ie Carrycot, Pushchair and carseat) clip onto the chassis is fantastic.

'FAB AND REALLY EASY TO USE.'
Strengths:
Very light, easy to fold and put up. Chassis and chair fit in my boot fine and I only have a Fiesta.
Weaknesses:
Had problem with a wheel coming off, but the shop sorted it and has been fine since.
Overall:
I love the cherry, I've just changed the carrycot over to the pushchair and still loving it. Its definately value for money, looks great and is so good to push.

'WANT MY MONEY BACK'
Strengths:
LIGHT WEIGHT, EASY TO USE when it works
Weaknesses:
I bought the ICandy Cherry £210. Its light, its agile, easy to fold, a smooth ride. To good to be true? I was shopping one day, it was coming up to Xmas, I took the pram out of the car and opened it, just as always, no force no roughness, and pop!! Out came the button that you use to open it with!!!

So, I called ICandy and they advised to take it back to the shop where I learnt that there have been a few problems with that model; apparently there have been problems with the button but there is also a trouble with the front wheels. They are replacing them free of charge no questions asked.

However, because they have to order them in, I was left with out a pram and it took nearly 3 weeks.

After 5 months my daughter was trying to sit up and see the world!! I but her pram in the up-right position and was crossing the road when it just dropped down in to the laying position, she still was not able to hold her completely and I have to admit it scared me.

Again, I called ICandy and they advised to take it back to the shop , this time it took 1 month.
Overall:
I have looked on the web and read some reviews regarding the Cherry, and I have come to the conclusion that I would like my money back. I, thought that the seat attachment were a bit hard to remove but after reading the reviews I believe that it is not my fault and I am not prepared to put my child in to harms way, so I bought a Bugaboo Cameleon.

ICandy have not replied to my letters.
