'GREAT, FUN AND EDUCATIONAL!'
Strengths:
Music, music, music
Great colours and entertaining visuals
Can run with our without visuals
Includes vocab trainer in 8 languages - would be even more useful for bilingual babies
Doesn't over-stimultate
Weaknesses:
Bit pricey, but we got it as a gift
Overall:
I think this makes a great present for new mums and babies. The pieces are rendered specially for babies' ears, which takes a little getting used to as a mum but not much. There's loads of variety in the classic compositions. Babies love the colours and distractions on the screen, but they change slowly enough and are simple enough that they're not over-stimulated by it.
I find the music-only option useful as well.

I'm not sure I would have bought it myself, but since I've had this one I've also bought the Lullaby classics and will probably get the Bach next.
