Although many parents-to-be will attend some form of ante-natal course, if only with their local hospital/midwife team, some couples like to look at broader issues which help prepare them for the birth and also enhance the months of pregnancy. This two-day course aims to help the mother-to-be and her birth-partner prepare mentally, emotionally and physically for giving birth. It is recommended that you attend one of the courses between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy.
