Finding it hard to calm crying 3 month old
things that are less stimulating, such as playing on her baby gym etc. Another thing I found really helpful was the book "Baby Secrets" by Jo Tantum. You can buy it on Amazon and it's a quick read - it really helped me at a time when I was desperate
