Planned increase in EU maternity leave to 20 weeks criticised by business community
Plans to increase paid maternity leave by the EU have been criticised by business groups in the UK. The European parliament will vote on the proposal to raise maternity leave to 20 weeks at full pay next month.Maternity rights have been improving
