Chocolate could halve risk of pre-eclampsia

Mums-to-be who eat chocolate three times a week could be cutting their risk of pre-eclampsia, a major cause of premature birth
in moderation. The NHS recommends no more than 200mg of caffeine a day, which is the equivalent of 4x50g bars of plain chocolate or less if combined with teas and coffees. Further guidelines on caffeine in pregnancy are available.
