Drinking coffee to beat baby fatigue will not wake you up but make you anxious instead, according to Bristol University researchers
for which a cup of coffee is famous for is apparently an illusion, researchers have found. The ‘hit’ that a mug of the black stuff gives you is simply your body reversing the fatigue effects of an overnight caffeine withdrawal, bringing you back to normal
