hi this is for all the mums whos babys are 4months i was wondering if uve noticed a change in your babys sleep paterns at all and how much sleep your babys getting in the day i know all babys are diffrent but Im really concerned about my little boy

any cures or tips?

? Poor baby lives with socks on his hands or in turnover cuffs, we only bath him once or twice a week in cool water, have had to stop taking him swimming as the chlorine seems to aggrevate his skin, and he's up every other hour at night screaming

fluid retention
any tips on how to help this?

ive been getting fluid retention just above my knees and its getting uncomfortable when i stand up. seems to be increasing as time goes on and ive still got a month to go before baby arrives. does anyone know how i can help to get rid of this extra
