Sleep problems

It is 12.30am and I'm at my whits end. My 5 month old baby girl wont sleep. She has slept for two hours and is up. I cant get her to settle back in her cot and the only other way to get her to sleep is on my chest. This has been going on for over

baby wont sleep and cant get into a routine by Claire, Tyler & Riley

and help him settle better?? also i would suggest being super strict with yourself over his bedtime - decide what time his bottle is, get him changed (baths help although i know it's hard to bath them everyday)  and do it exactly the same every day -give

Fighting the sleep ??
My little girl !! by star1

to an hour to get her down - she literally screams the place down and makes herself sick if we try controlled crying - the only thing that seems to work is the routine, bath, cuddle, milk (Last bit in her room) and then try to put down, if she doesn't go down
