Coming off the pill

on the pill for 15 years before I came off the pill to have my first child. My GP advised me to start taking folic acid a couple for months before I did and then start trying straight away. I came off it at the beginning of the January and fell pregnant

How to get my baby sleeping longer at night

and then I put him to bed but hes still up every 2/3 hours in night for a feed. Or do I just have to wait till hes a lil older and begins to sleep longer? ThanksKatie x I think you will have to wait until he is a little older and taking more milk

. It begins to beat at end of week 5. Baby is teeny tiny only 1.25mm or 1/20 inch. So. it's hard for them to see baby let alone heart beat. As you don't know how early or far on this pregnancy is it's hard to know what sould or shouldn't be

First miscarriage?

or they could do a blood test. A bit of spotting does sometimes happen in the begining due to implantation bleeding. I've had an ectopic and 2 miscarriages . It's taken me 6 years but here I am now at 32wks preg. If you have miscarried you might find it helpful
