Help with breastfeeding

and sleep well so that you dont get too tired. Giving him the odd bottle will not harm either of you but make sure you express at this time or feed him first yourself so that your body knows it is a feed time.In a few days he will be getting more milk

Getting into a routine!?

What if I can't breastfeed?

at home for that whole period. I fed him for 5.5 months and again once he had a bottle he was much happier.This time round I don't think I will bother with Breast and will go straight to bottle. I am not dissing breast feeding it's great if you can do
