Cutting down on caffeine

I've read that you should reduce the amount of caffeine you have when pregnant, has anyone else heard this? I like to have a cup of filter coffee in the morning (OH won't let me have more than one after reading that!) but don't know if I can drink

that just starving all the time ha! Hi Ezabella, Congratulations. I am stil very tired, slightly queasy this morning but not too bad. Am now drinking decaf tea and fruit tea's so that I don't have too much caffeine. My OH won't let me drink more than one
