it get you down as you and you anti-natal team are aware of it. I must admit I have never known anyone who has lost weight during pregnancy. I did have a friend who had to eat a rediculous amout of calories a day or she would become dangerously thin

need to go. The trick is to walk and work up a sweat as that means your burning calories and getting your heart rate up! One of my tricks is to leave my mums house 5 mins later than i need to so i have to walk fast to get to the school on time! oh let

.the main craving i have is milk, i have NEVER liked milk, not in even cerel, little drop in my tea that was it. i drink 4 pints a day now atleast! suppose its a good thing to crave only drinking skimmed so not getting all the calories but all the goodness
