of anything other than paracetamol but I don't want to take those all the time.  Grateful for any advice/tips, many thanks It is common in early pregnancy to have headaches due to all the hormonal changes. Drink lots of water, try not to strain your eyes

but it didnt last long. in the first few weeks your body is making lots of changes and your preg hormones are rising all the time. this will all settle down soon once your body has adjusted to the preg. its normal though so just relax and take it easy! good
