Eating out when you're pregnant

Hi everyone,I am very new to all this and have some questions re foods to avoid. I realise certain cheeses are out of bounds but if they are cooked are they ok ( Halomi fried??) I go to Cyprus next week and feta and haloume are my favorites. Hi

any tips for gettin labour started

done. sexual intercourse started my labour off mind u when waters broke my hubby became very sore and bit burnt not sure why that happened so just beware. also other advice i was given for inducing labour was caster oil , pineapple juice spicy food

the cables behind a unit? The best tip i heard was to get down to baby level then look at the dangers. We've just used socket covers for all the sockets and keep things well out of reach. We also live in a bungalow so keep all the doors shut for rooms we dont

flu, yes in cases where there are other health complications it is very dangerous, asthma etc but so is regular flu!She isn't at a nursery so she is not exposed to lots of different childrenthe vaccine just isn't tested enough for me to feel happy

baby. My first baby was 13 days late but my 2nd was 3 days early.Raspberry leaf tea from health food shops is supposed to help.I am 9 weeks preg with 3rd baby & will def be getting the breast pump out at end of this pregnancy.Good luckClaire Hi

properly to me what was happening & why! Unlike this mum, I couldn't even keep fluids down either, never mind food! I spent 24 hours in hospital hooked up to a drip and felt much better! I have heard that this condition is much much more common in ladies

Infant Gaviscon
How do you administer??

check with your own HV / Doc but certainly mine have said it is not dangerous & better they get the right dose of gaviscon for their weight (as giving less won't have the full affect on the reflux) that worry about the amount of fluid in bottle!! My LO

go away and test every day 3 times (after each meal). they expalained the potential problems for the baby, primarily larger babies, danger or shoulder dyplacia, need for an emeergency section, likey induction ect etc. I had fortnightly scans to check
