i dont get this! i think this is giving people the green light to not only drink, but drink to excess. i felt dreadfull on my birthday when i found out i was pregnant as i had several skinfulls the week running up to by bday and was very worried

Continuous headache usual?

of anything other than paracetamol but I don't want to take those all the time. Grateful for any advice/tips, many thanks It is common in early pregnancy to have headaches due to all the hormonal changes. Drink lots of water, try not to strain your eyes

up until now ive not really had any disomforts during my pregnancy no sickness ect but last night,, blimey!!!!,, i was up half the night with acid heart burn mind u the small bag of crisps i ate prob didnt help but my throut felt like a active

Attack of the Acid!

???help!!!!!!! Hi Lucy, I really feel for you, acid and heartburn are horrible.Apart from Gaviscon, peppermint tea has helped me. I also find a warm milky drink before bed helps both with sleeping and with acid. Lucy, avoiding spicy foods is usually helpful

Energy drinks, Are they safe?

Fainting in pregnancy

Have you got suggestions to beat pregnancy fainting or dizziness? hi laura, i have the same problem although mine is related to my low blood pressure, i find drinking high energy drinks help me, like lucozade, just a glass if you feel abit dizzy
