SMP1 form from Employer
still not recieved it....

Hi I am nearly 35 weeks now! And I have asked my employer for my SMP1 form to be completed, as I cannot get SMP as I did not work in my company for long enough unfortunately, so entitled to MA. But I need my SMP1 form which I had given to them 10

am i entitled to be paid by my employer when i was admitted to hospital?

...it probably depends on your company's sick pay policy. Refer to your contract of employment in the first instance. If you're still not clear, you may wish to check with the employment advice website ACAS (www.acas.org.uk) They're a sod to get through

sound really silly and I do apologise. I have currently been employed by my current employer since 12 March although I have not signed a Contract...yet, though I have read through one which does not mention pregnancy. I am unhappy in my current job

paternity leave! lol x hi there- men are entitled to paternity leave & pay like we are maternity pay, its all dependant on how long they have been with there employer etc,i went on www.hmrc.gov.uk and that gives some good info, if eligable it is usually only

I am facing possible redundancy...my job was divided in two and given to two consultancies while I was away. Now my employer says they prefer the flexibility of having the two consultancies rather than one permanent employee. There are two issues
