Something i found to be an essential when i had my daughter, and still use now is a milk dispenser. If you are bottle feeding it is much easier (and cheaper) to buy one of these and measure the amount of milk into the sections, that way when you go

i just read that one shouldn't use essential oils during the first 3-4 months of pregnancy. I'm going to my husband's work do tonight and just wanted to feel pretty so i dropped some Boots brand Sensuous Therapy into the tub to make it smell nice
