about saffron

hi,In Asia pregnancy women was advice to take saffron because they beleive that if they took that regularly means the new born baby will be very fair.Is that right?Usually saffron will be mixed in milk to take but i dont like the flavour of milk so

to lumps. also dont forget cereals are mixed with water or milk so that is also getting liquid into her.with the water thing, add some no sugar squash to it.charlie never drank water until i added flavour to it.my hv says no other liquid is needed

Has anyone got any healthy meal ideas for an 18 month year old

mess around trying to eat the veg whilst we got his main course finsihed and could then feed him in between handfuls of the veggies. I found that frozen organic vegetables were the easiest for this!Also - don't be afraid of stronger flavours - my son

Snack advice

/apple should be fine as long as you supervise her with them.My daughter also loves to snack on raisins, bbq flavour rice cakes and fromage frais.Just persevere with offering her proper meals too. Dont make a big deal of it, and hopefully she will start eating

Fussy Eating 3 year old!

alot, just burn it up really quick so i am really small built. Hi.Lorraine. I would try making your own bread, and putting various ingredients/flavours in it eg raisins, sun dried tomatoes, banana. This will hopefully get Lachlan used to eating

for his age so dont worry.Em x hi all..heinz do a nice choice of toast toppers different flavours which are spreadable on toast. charlie loves them. also cheese on toast too. he will eat two pieces of this no problem.what about bread sticks? scones
