I know this is an old article but just wanted to add my recommendation. I used the birth preparation CD every night from when I was 7 months pregnant. I loved my time spend listening to the CDs and never really felt any fear about my upcoming labour

feed your baby from anything but breast!!!!! and as for a birth plan i have no choice i get told what im doing and how my baby will be born. no tour around the hospital before the birth and i certainly dont have a midwife

I totally agree with this article i had ivf andmy first baby was 7lb 7 ozs but my 2nd from a frozen embryo was 9lb 13ozs which ended being a very difficult birth resulting in a c section.
