C-sections
Any positive stories?

1st was after a long labour and she was fine afterwards took a while for her to recover but nothing unusual. her 2nd was at 38wks she went to b monitored and baby was in destress so they csectioned her again all went well and she was up and walking

Anyone Pregnant with twins?

to get the new house organised. Did you go into labour naturally at 36 weeks or did you have an elective? My consultant thiks ts too early to discuss delivery yet, but i'd feel alot more relaxed if we had, i dont see him again until after the move

do have a larger baby it does not mean the labour will be harder, my biggest was the easiest. Good luck! Thanks for that Nichola....so glad you said your biggest was your easiest too, makes me feel alot happier . Im probably just worrying for nothing

has anyone had a section after a natural birth the time before?

the longer recovery time and coping with 2 kids and not being able to drive etc.ThanksGem 30+1 Hi Gem, I had a c-section after a natural labour as Ethan was breech. TBH its not as bad as you may think, yeah the recovery time is a bit longer and they say

No sex drive at all

you lose your sex drive. If you think its purely hormonal since the baby, then the doctor might be a good start. If its something else eg you worry your husband might see you differently after watching the labour (same thing bothered me for a while

labour! If you go for a homebirth obviously just make sure you're prepared to go to hospital too! But I think you have every reason to feel safe with your midwife! Sorry don't think I've helped - think I just stated the obvious! So girls -please help!? Hi

July 08 Mummies
Hello to all due in July '08!!!

turned out to be a July mum after being 2 weeks late, 40 hours in labour followed by a C-section ( this little monster fancied being an August baby I think). Anyway got a lovely little boy Logan, who is currently going through the 3 week growth spurt

and explaining whats happened, at least they know. if u get no joy with them and ur still worried phone ur labour ward and see if they will see you the more people u speak to about this problem the more it will make u feel a little better. this is my 3rd baby
