Pregnancy pillows
any recommendations

Hi everyone. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and know that it won't be all that long before I need a pillow for support to help me sleep. Did anyone invest in a special pregnancy pillow, and if so, was it worth it? Or will a bog-standard pillow do just

to go either....Am only 7 weeks so have a long way to go yet...Keep us updated and hope you find a comfy position...Try putting pillows under your belly,or sitting up propped on pillows, it makes it easier to get comfy...Take care, justine mum of 8 soon

page about male fertility - worth a read.Good luck!! hi alison hope u havent beeen trying to long all a can suggest u both try to be stress free if poss alision just a tip why dont u try 2 pillows under the bottom i know it sounds bad but it work for me

!xxx im 38 weeks n 5day what i found really helped was a support pillow n sounds silly but put a pillow inbetween your knees when your falling asleep that really helped me x My lazy baby boy only ever moves in protest if I lay on my back. Apparently

Bad Dreams / sleeping problems

,With my first pregnancy I didnt sleep well until i got a long pregnancy pillow, they really help you get into a comfortable position and are also useful when baby arrives - to support you and your baby when feeding.I am pregnant with my second baby now

Painful legs, mainly at night!
My legs have hurt since week 3. Now they keep me awake
by PHILIPPA WOODSFORD
and legs. Get a pillow and put it next to the wall Sit side ways against the wall and keeping your bump close to the skieting raise your legs onto the wall.Keep legs together arms apart and breath in count to 3 and out count to 3 for bout 5 min of more

behind you but so far I've found that using a pillow for support at night helps me get more comfortable. You can get special shaped cushions to support your bump if you don't already have one, they're great for nursing too, so you get more for your money

and on with SPD so I truly sympathise. The best advice I've been given for sleeping is a pillow between your knees and sleep lying on a doubled up duvet cover, I don't know why that helps but it really does!I've also heard that acupuncture is meant to really help

Getting comfortable in bed when you're pregnant

on my side, took me 3 hours last night and then I was awake every half hour :( But sleeping with a thin pillow between your legs definately helps! And maybe one underneath your bump if it's big enough to need a little support, just to keep your back from
