!!! But the 1 thing that I did do the night before going into labour was reflexology on the inside ankle on each leg for 20 mins on each side. Wether this was a fluke that I went into labour anyway or it helped I don't know. But to be honest your body will start

Trying for baby no. 2 after miscarriage last May
