c section after a natural birth
has anyone had a section after a natural birth the time before? by Gem P

theatre!Yes it is painful after, BUT not as bad as you might imagine. I struggled turning over in bed for about a week but managed general things ok. What I would say though, is DONT overdo it as you will regret it! Your body doesn't let you do too much
