Stage 1 car seats

I will need to buy a stage one car seat very soon. My baby is 11 months but quite small for her age. After a bit of digging I have found the Kiddy Infinity Pro which is recommended by Which and seems to be rated highly for safety, ease of use

advice
early stages of pregnancy??
