My baby Luke was born premature in Spain at just 34 weeks and was kept in an incubator for over a week, then released from hospital with no after care (as is usual here) At 3 months old, we have just been told that he has a hole in his heart

hello everyone i havve a question to ask. i have recently been getting a pounding heart at night, it sometimes wakes me up and feels like my heart is banging against my rib cage. i'm sure its to do with pregnancy but have no idea what's causing it
