NHS Choices
Health advice is now the second most searched for subject online and with so many websites offering advice you need to know that the information you are receiving is accurate. If you are pregnant it is more than likely that you will have many questions about what is best for both you and your baby during your pregnancy. The new website from the NHS offers reliable, personalised information about you and your baby’s health and lifestyle.

NHS choices allows you to find out what will be happening to you and your developing baby at every stage over the next 40 weeks. You can get help deciding on what birth options would best suit your needs. If you choose to have your baby in hospital you can view ratings on hospital waiting times, cleanliness and readmission figures from previous patients.

There’s also some great advice on how to quit smoking and how to improve your diet during pregnancy from celebrities and real-life parents alongside previously unavailable medical information.
